Triton Winter Drum Line
Class will be held
Tuesday: 5-9 pm & Friday: 3-4:30 pm
Due to the nature of this activity, school’s in California
need to start in January to be competitive throughout the
season. Class begins Tuesday January 5th.
Our fair share fee is $150. Please make checks out to TMAC.
Include “Winter Drum Line” in the memo of the check. Fair
share fees are due the first week in January. This fair
share fee covers the following: Music, copies, coaches,
circuit entry fees, drum heads, ect.
Grading breakdown: Attendance will count for 30% of the
final grade. Being a part of this ensemble is a team sport
and EVERYONE counts. If you are absent, you are not adding
to the ensemble look and sound. Music will count for 30%
of the final grade. It is each member’s responsibility to
learn and memorize their music. Performances will count
as 40% of the final grade. Performances can not be made
up.

March 13, LittleRock
March 20, Mission Hills (San Marcos)
April 10, Rio Mesa (Oxnard)
April 24, Championships at Mission Hills & San Marcos
(final location TBA)
This class will once again be held during 7th period. It
is each member’s responsibility to do everything possible
to maintain superior grades and to be caught up on all core
subject assignments so it does not interfere with our rehearsal
and performance times.
Upper battery and keyboards will be required to purchase
there own sticks and mallets. Please see Mr. Soto on locations
to purchase and models to acquire.
