ACCESSING PROFICIENCIES
To
be able to access and check off proficiencies, you must
“enroll” for the Proficiency Check Off class. Below
are instructions to guide you through this process.
STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS
1. LOG IN to SmartMusic.
2. LOOK at the bottom right side of your assignment
page and find “I want to enroll for another class”.
3. CLICK on this link (the sentence “I want to enroll
for another class”).
4. FOLLOW the directions on the screen to sign up.
This will be the same process you followed to enroll for
your class the first time you signed up on SmartMusic.
5. When selecting the class, FIND (read the list)
the class entitled, “Proficiency Check Off”.
6. SELECT the Proficiency Check Off class.
7. WAIT to be confirmed into the class by Mr. Soto
or Mr. Bennett. This may be the next school day. The next
school day may be Monday If you are signing up on the weekend.
You cannot check off proficiencies until confirmed into
the class.
8. AFTER you have been “confirmed” as a student,
you will see all the proficiencies listed in your assignment
folder.
