I am making a non-refundable deposit for the above student to travel to New York City and perform at Carnegie Hall. 

I understand that there will be required rehearsals as needed to prepare for the performance.  Most of these rehearsals will be planned (if possible) during tutorial time.

If my son/daughter misses more than three rehearsals, he/she will be removed from the trip roster and will not travel.  The money returned will not include the non-refundable deposits.

I understand that traveling is a special opportunity, and as such, I am prepared to meet the highest musical standards. 

I must practice and learn my music and may be tested to determine my progress.  If I do not meet the music performance level, I understand that I will not be able to perform at the Carnegie Hall performance.
