San Clemente High School Graduation Ceremony - June 18

LOCATION:

SCHS Stadium

 

REPORT TIME:

2:00 pm

 

ITEMS TO BRING: 

Your own instrument or your school instrument

Music!  Everyone brings their own music even if you 

     end up not using it.

Bows, rosin, etc.

Valve oil, sticks, etc.
Your own viola or cello. There may not be enough
     school instruments for every students to play.
 

WHAT TO WEAR:

Regular Concert Attire

Students must be dressed in a conservative manner. 

     Students cannot have unusually colored hair and/or

     makeup, piercings, chains, or other unusual "looks".

Nice black shoes, black socks

NOTE:  No flip flops or inappropriate dress attire will 

     be tolerated.  Students that are not properly dressed 

     will be required to leave.

 

SCHEDULE:

2:00 pm  Set up stands and chairs on the field

2:30 pm  Bring out instruments and warm up on field

3:00 pm  Sound check in stadium

4:00 pm  Graduation begins

6:00 pm  Graduation ends

6:30 pm  Students ready for pick up after field clean up

              (pick up at the Albertson's parking lot is 

              recommended)


 

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION:

This is not a "concert".  Parents that wish to watch

     should arrive very early to get a seat.

 

This is a graded performance worth up to 20% of a

     student's final semester grade.  The make up

     assignment instructions for those students unable to

     attend are available on the Daily Classes page.
